Still working my way through blogging last year’s sessions. I like to share as many as I can, so just three more and I can move on to this year!

I seriously cannot wait for autumn to get here! I love the crisp weather and vibrant landscape color we are blessed to have in Minnesota. I just wish autumn was longer and winter was shorter. 😉

We had to delay Kenzie’s session because she came down with the flu. I’m glad we did because I don’t think we would have had the intense gold and orange color we ended up with, having the session a few weeks later.

Mackenzie and her horse are an amazing team. They compete in barrel racing and have a playful relationship. I SO enjoyed photographing them together!

Sometimes when I play whinnies to get horses to put their ears up, they whinny back at the “horses” they hear.

This one makes my heart melt. I LOVE KISSING HORSES NOSES!

That light, though…so dreamy!

Here she is with her sweet dog Sammi, that almost got herself killed the next day in a dog fight!

I just couldn’t get enough of these gorgeous trees!

After all of that gorgeous tree color, we were treated to a beautiful pastel sunset.
