For your participation, I will give be giving you 10 digital files from the session with a full release for personal use (print and online).

Below are two forms I need you to fill out before the session.
Model Release
Please sign this form so I can use these photos in my stock photo library. If you are under 18, you must have a parent sign it.
Photo Options (Optional if your shoot already has a specific purpose.)
This will help give me an idea of what photos I will be able to create at the session, and also any ideas you might have.
WHAT TO WEAR
Because the primary purpose of this photo session is to create images for editorial purposes, I ask that you wear clothing appropriate for being at the barn. For photos around the barn, casual shirts, breeches, or jeans (without rips). For riding photos, proper riding attire.
- All riders must wear a helmet or a western hat.
- Choose solids or simple patterns with tones that mix well with your horse and the environment. Please don’t wear white, off white, or cream.
- It’s okay if your clothing has small logos, I can photoshop them out. You can make my job easier by choosing clothing with no logos or very small ones.
- Girls, please wear a neutral or skin-toned bra. If you wear a cami under your outfit, choose a coordinating or neutral color.
- Make sure your clothing is wrinkle-free.
- Bring several outfits so we have options and so you can change if your horse slimes you.
HAIR AND MAKEUP
I will want you to look as natural as possible, so do your hair and makeup as you would for going out to dinner. Not too much, but elevated from how you normally look at the barn.
Bring lip balm or gloss to keep your lips from looking too dry, and dab a little concealer on any noticeable blemishes.
Preparing Your Horse
- Make sure your horse is clean and avoid any heavy sprays or oils around the eyes or muzzle.
- Clean all tack you will use in the photos.
- Make sure everyone involved in the photo session are well fed and hydrated.
- Exercise your horse on the day of our photoshoot. This will help them be calm as we work with them for various photos.
- Apply lots of fly spray and keep it handy!
IMPORTANT!
If the session is not taking place on your own property, please make sure your barn owner is fully aware of this session and that the final images could be licensed for commercial use. If they are not comfortable with that, we can discuss using another location.
